Senior Rachel Kuespert’s outstanding performance earned her the MVP of the tournament, while Coach Riley secured his first state title with the team.

The Faith Academy Knights kicked off their baseball season with three games, showing promising signs despite having only one practice before the start of the season. In their first game against Ferssati Catholic, the Knights fell short 8-5 in a back-and-forth game, but Coach Woodley was happy with the performance. Despite a loss to Northland Christian JV, the team bounced back on Friday against Somerville ISD with a 16-4 victory, and freshman Matthew McGowan was recognized as Player of the Week for his impressive contributions.
