The Bellville Brahmas (Bellville, TX) football routed the visiting La Marque Cougars (La Marque, TX), 63-6 in Friday’s league bout.

In their next game, the Brahmas face the Columbia Roughnecks (West Columbia, TX) in a 4A-2 Region III District 10 bout, on Friday, September 30. Bellville will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Roughnecks enter the bout with a 2-3 record after their 48-18 league loss to Sealy (Sealy, TX).

The Cougars (0-5) will now prepare for their bout against Wharton (Wharton, TX). The Tigers enter the 4A-2 Region III District 10 bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Wharton walloped Sweeny (Sweeny, TX), 28-14, in a league bout.
